1. Log in to your NameBright account.

2. Go to Domain Manager and select the domain.

3. Unlock the domain (see Unlock a Domain for Transfer).

4. Get its auth code (see Get Your Domain's Auth Code).

5. Give the domain name and auth code to the registrar you're transferring to. They submit the request on their end.

6. Track the pending request under My Transfers / Outbound Transfers .

7. To approve or reject a pending outbound transfer yourself, open it from My Transfers / Outbound Transfers and choose Approve or Reject .

Check your account's Transfer Out Security setting, under My Account / Security Settings / Transfer Out Security . It decides whether an outbound request needs your manual approval or goes through on its own:

• High: NameBright automatically rejects the transfer 4 days after it's initiated unless you log in and approve it.

• Low: the transfer automatically goes through on the 5th day unless you log in and reject it first.
